Setting option to hide/show Header and Footer for taskItem

There will be two options, where the user can make the footer and header visible or hidden.

• [ ] When the Footer is hidden, that time, after right Clicking on the taskItem, an option Menu should open, with the option of Edit, Delete and if other if any (take Ideas from Kanban plugin).
• [ ] Also, double clicking on the taskItem will open the EditTaskModal. (This feat should work, even if the footer is Visible).
• [ ] Clicking on the Tag in the Header does nothing. Actually after clicking on the tag should search the tag, how it happens when you click on any tag from the Markdown Editor.

The settings options has been integrated and they are also working, but without the above functionalities working, there is no use of simply hiding the footer and header and the user will no longer able to access the EditTaskModal.
