Now I use 'Unity Tweak Tool'. Same manage tool software for ubuntu.

Well, now i tried install Ubuntu tweak in 16.04 and 16.10 to see if i had these errors from this repository https://launchpad.net/~trebelnik-stefina/+archive/ubuntu/ubuntu-tweak and on my PC Ubuntu tweak work without any errors in 16.04 and 16.10 releases of ubuntu
