Delete merged branches in merge integration script #90

87 introduced a script to facilitate integration with git hub.

It merges topic branches and automatically:

references the correct issue, whose number is parsed from the branch name
closes the issue by generating an appropriate commit message

If the topic branch is not yet linked to an issue, the script can automatically create an issue.

This feature will delete the topic branch automatically once a it's been merged and the merge closes the associated issue
