fix: Docker image outdate issue #349

Why

Outdated packages defined in composer.lock file
Outdated base Dockerimage used

What

Update composer.lock file
Update base Dockerimage to 7.3 (from 7.2)

How to test

Rebuild Docker image docker-compose build
Run docker-compose up -d
Make sure Laravue is up and running properly using Docker stack
