Frozen Picture on Video Screen issue

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.dialed iPhone A and answered on iPhone B
2.Both got on video
3.they were frozen in couple seconds later

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

I would expect to see video motion going smoothly and without being frozen
What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
IOS 4.2
