Missing link to another user profile

Describe the bug

A user can't check others' profiles because there's no link to those.

To Reproduce

1. Open chat page
2. Select a partner (to chat)
3. Click on user's profile photo or name

Expected behavior

Route to that user's profile page

Actual behavior

Profile photo and name are unclickable
