Tried to compile the ac66u with latest branch it fails any ideas this is on ubuntu 20.04 x64

looks like ac66u doesnt compile due to toolkit issue, make rt-ac56u compiles no issue where is toolkit for ac66U???? mipsel

I resolved this myself and editing libxml source code, 1. make sure you have x86 32 bit ubuntu 16 or 14 build env, 2. make sure you build a tree for your source you downloaded using get clone ( current git url) 3. make sure to chmod 755 all the files ( YES!!! ) permission problems cause issues moving files around 4. NEVER issue a make clean if you did delete everything and redownload source again. then try the build as per readme it should work this issue can be closed as of writing. openvpn xor is ok, this is better fw than sabai technologies fw and tomato fw as well as ddwrt infact I would say its the best xor openvpn firmware to date its a pity they stopped dev work on it, from performance testing

Also note: libxml2 may fail you have to change code to fix this configure.in

You can close this thread lol support by thyself. ( tricks you can downgrade tor, lighttpd to earlier versions to help the compile) its been successful on ubuntu 14 more so than ubuntu 16 libtool-bin ( needed)!
