[Feature Request] change unweighted bones to active #24

As a User , want to be able to active unweighted bones for a skeletal mesh that did not provide them , so that I can get my locomotion system working quite easily without leaving the editor.

Hint: the UE4 female Manny did not provide active ik bones.
