Issue:Error "Staus is 422" in Nubomedia PaaS

I was building nubomedia according to Autonomous Installer (http://nubomedia.readthedocs.io/en/latest/tools/autonomous-installer/) I prepared three machines:

• [ ] 1. 1 server(10.200.12.231) for OpenStack(Mitaka release) master;
• [ ] 2. 1 server(10.200.12.213) for docker compute node with nova-docker configured;
• [ ] 3. 1 server(10.200.12.209) for installing OpenShift(Origin v1.4.1) and applying the configurations described in Autonomous Installer section(http://nubomedia.readthedocs.io/en/latest/tools/autonomous-installer/#prerequisites).

Done the above preparation,I modified the variables.py file and run the python main.py command on the third machine(10.200.12.209) to automate the installation of nubomedia. Afterwards three instance is started like this:

But I cannot createapp in nubomedia pass by click createApp Baton,show me "Status is 422"

Has anyone ever encountered this situation? I will appreciate if someone can give me some guidance!
