What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Open a data search in MS InternetExplorer v. 9
2. Search for occurrences of a taxon (e.g. Ludisia discolor)
3. On the occurrence search result page, chose "View: matching records on map"
4. Try to select a map area by moving the cursor / red selection box around
What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Normally, the box can be freely moved around the whole map. In IE 9, it appears
to be glued to the bottom of the map, only moving on the horizontal axis, but
not the vertical one
What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Windows 7 Professional, IE Version 9.0.8112.16421 (Update Version 9.0.12)
Please provide any additional information below.
The effect does not appear in IE Version 8, Firefox (18.0.1) or Opera, it has
only been observed in IE 9 so far.
