URLs formatting #11

When some URLs don't have an end slash, these URLs are not recognized and
send a "Page Not Found" page or simply redirects to the portal´s main site
or simply renders bad data on the page.

http://data.gbif.org/occurrences -- sends to the main page

http://data.gbif.org/datasets/resource/2405/indexing -- Process IDs links
are not well formed

http://data.gbif.org/datasets - 404 page not found

URGENT: 
Please commit changes to the trunk from the CIAT branch revision r116 as soon as
possible.

The changes in the revision r111 for the URL:
http://data.gbif.org/datasets/resource/2405/indexing
works successful in our development environment but it seems that is not 
working for
the domain data.gbif.org.

Now it works for any domain.
