occurrence search, filter for datasets: exclude deleted datasets

An combined occurrence search for a filter like "Country is Spain" and
"DataProvider is GBIF-Spain" displays some datasets twice. The reason for
this is that data_resources marked as deleted are not excluded from the filter.

Example:
http://data.gbif.org/occurrences/searchResources.htm?c[0].s=5&c[0].p=0&c[0].o=ES
&c[1].s=25&c[1].p=0&c[1].o=57

contains both the "Museo Nacional de Ciencias Naturales, Colección de Aves:
MNCN-Ornit" (DR 293 + 3362) and the "Museo Nacional de Ciencias Naturales,
Madrid. Colección de Tejidos y ADN" (DR 289 + 3361) dataset twice, while
the two deleted resource entries (3361 and 3362) should be excluded from
the display. This effect does not occur when a simple search filter is
used, e.g. only for "Country is Spain"
