Nothospecies to be handled in searches and/or occurrences display #32

Nothospecies names (named hybrids, e.g. Acer x freemanii) do need treatment
comparable to standard species names in occurrence search and "species page"
display. Currently, the names can be found as "unconfirmed" in the taxonomy
tree (e.g. http://data.gbif.org/species/browse/taxon/16136240), but no
access to specimen/observation data is supplied:
