map layer: water turning up as land in the Netherlands #45

The map layer used in the density maps contains a shape in the regions of
the Netherlands that appears as land, but actually is a freshwater lake:
the area called "Markermeer" in, e.g. http://de.wikipedia.org/wiki/Markermeer.
