Incorrect display of German characters #47

Some German characters are not getting displayed correctly on occurrences page.

Example:

The record
http://data.gbif.org/occurrences/100666 shows the scientific name as
"Rhopalodia hirudiniformis O.MÃ¼ll."

but when the original record from the provider is extracted, it returns:

<FullScientificNameString>Rhopalodia hirudiniformis 
O.Müll.</FullScientificNameString>

Apparently the bug is gone already. Could some more tests be done on different 
OSs and browser versions?

Tested in Windows XP:
 - Firefox 3.6
 - Internet Explorer 7.0
 - Google Chrome 4.0

all ok!.

 - Google Chrome 5.0
 - Opera 10.10
 - Firefox 3.5

all ok too!
