Data labels: add units where appropriate, and/or link to data definition #51

On data overview pages and downloads, some numerical values are hard to
interpret because their units are not stated (implicit in the data standard
used). E.g., an occurrence detail page
http://data.gbif.org/occurrences/33949/ gives coordinate precision as "300"
without a unit.

In accordance with the altitude fields, add an "interpreted as: 300m" to
the display
