Register domain www.gbif.net under a Google MAP API Key #55

The domain www.gbif.net should be registered under a Google MAP API Key because 
people 
sometimes use that domain to access our data portal.

Currently if a user access the portal using www.gbif.net, specifically an 
occurrence drilldown page, 
they will get a Google MAP API Key error

For example:  http://www.gbif.net/occurrences/3689743/
