Collector number field is not returned when downloading complete list of occurrences #71

When a user does an occurrence search and tries to download the occurrence
record list from the data portal, the "collector number" field is not
returned on any of the three possible formats (CSV, TAB, Excel)

Example:
http://data.gbif.org/occurrences/downloadSpreadsheet.htm?c[0].s=0&c[0].p=0&c[0].
o=Amphilophus%20macracanthus&c[1].s=24&c[1].p=0&c[1].o=1023

should return "collector number"(s) but doesn't.

This issue has been solved in the BRANCH code, but it has to be merged to HEAD.

Apparently this issue is still happening. Collector number field is not 
returning when downloading a complete list of occurrences.
