Occurrence Web Service response does not return "processed data" when mode=processed #73

When requesting data from the Occurrence Web service, with the flag MODE
marked as "processed" some of the data return is still in its raw mode.

An example of this should be:

http://data.gbif.org/ws/rest/occurrence/get/144891309?mode=processed

In particular the field:

minimumElevationInMeters:    1200 m
