log event download: cutting text file content off at 250,000 records #79

On a gbif event download (e.g.
http://data.gbif.org/datasets/provider/57/logs/?resource=&event=3001-3999&logGro
up=&logLevel=&sd_day=01&sd_month=01&sd_year=2009&ed_day=31&ed_month=12&ed_year=2
009
-> "download"), a zipped package containing i.a. a text file export of
records from gbif_log_message is generated. This text file is cut off at
250,000 records. This is the same functionality used as on occurrence
record downloads, where the maximum download size is limited. On log
events, however, it might be necessary to either allow text files with a
higher number of records for processing by the dataset owner, or else
provider more integrated statistics.
