show links in occurrence page #87

similar to how images are shown in occurrence pages: 

for example, look here: http://data.gbif.org/occurrences/143162173/

Notice the line -> Image: image-url

Needed, is the ability to show links (taken from link_record table, having
different types taken from lookup_link_type table)

Note there may be more than one. 

Therefore, clearly visible would be a list of links, with their type show. 

Likely, this would be in the Dataset section of the occurrence page, just
like the Image line.

Occurrence links are shown in revision r135.
Also, the images title is shown just once when there are several images links.
