Drawing board added to chat room with

  1. Drawings stored in firestore
  2. Drawings from all members displayed in chat room
  3. Basic drawing tools and erase functions

Just linking the pull request, i'm going to continue working on it but it allows you to try and wire it into firestore while I finish Step 3.
