If there's only one subcommand, there shouldn't be one.

yaas template --blueprint=foo ... seems reasonable to me.

Also, can we do yaas template --version=2.3.2.0 to make the empty cluster template?

I agree, but what are the odds we need/want to add another command to template in the future?
