Core Web Vitals optimization for LHS 100

We should aim for LHS 100. Currently Desktop has a LHS of 100, Mobile has 99 However, there are some areas that can still be improved (on both mobile & desktop):

[x] Ensure text remains visible during webfont load -> enable display: swap
[x] Buttons do not have an accessible name
[x] Links do not have a discernible name
[ ] Links do not have descriptive text
