As a player, I want pips component, So that I can add and subtract amounts of pips.

Acceptance criteria

[x] Adicionado componente a tela de inventário.
[x] Posso adicionar pips até o máximo em inventário (250).
[x] Posso subtrair pips até o mínimo em inventário (0).
[ ] Conectar com o banco (se #6 já foi concluída).

Definition of Done:

[x] All acceptance criteria are met.
[x] Code is reviewed and approved.
[x] Necessary tests are written and pass.
[x] Documentation is updated, if applicable.
[x] Feature is deployed to the [environment name].
