file_manager unable to upload large files #175

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Buy shared hosting
2. Install Frog CMS
3. Try to upload file larger, than set in php_ini (10 Mb)

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

Get an error, because server refuses to handle such big request

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

frog 0.9.5
Apache/2.2.9 (Ubuntu 8.10)
PHP 5.2.6-2ubuntu4.2 with Suhosin-Patch 0.9.6.2

Please provide any additional information below.

It can be fixed by using swfupload, java or similar.

This is PHP issue.

Unfortunately, it is. But, there are some ways to upload large files. Flash, 
Java...
