Page reorder issues

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. create a subpage under a page with no subpages 
2. reorder that subpage to be at the root level
3. try to reorder that subpage back as a subpage to the original parent page

I have found that I have to create another subpage under the parent, in
order to be able to drag the original subpage back in line.

I should be able to assign a page as a subpage, by simply dragging and
dropping it over the target parent page.

Sounds like an issue with the reorder javascript. If you don't mind, I'll 
postpone
this until after 0.9.4.

Issue verified though.
