Parse the urdf to get joint limits instead of hardcoded. #25

Minor pull request for the reading of joint limits from the urdf in the fabrics prior.

Could you update the poetry lock file for me @maxspahn?

@maxspahn Because I don't have poetry installed at this moment xD. I'll try to install it later so I don't have to ask every time, thanks!
