Data rows/time steps are duplicated in Data Recorder #3

Some rows (and thus time steps) in the data produced by the Data Recorder are duplicated. There doesn't seem to be a trend, some rows are doubled, while some rows are duplicated up to 21 times. See enclosed images for examples. image (1)
