The repository should not contain any install, build, log files or folders.

It should have a similar to: https://github.com/tud-cor-sr/ros2-vtem_control or https://github.com/tud-cor-sr/ros2-mocap_optitrack

E.g. the folder structure should look like First layer: elastica_{PACKAGE_NAME} Second layer: package.xml and src, include, launch etc. folders of package
