This pr aims to add a Nix flake to the template. It aims to provide:

A shell to use with nix develop
A usable package that contains a patched version of nixpkgs.texlive.combined.scheme-full

I can only provide outputs for the "x86_64-linux" system as I do not have the capacities to test different architectures, therefore the flake will only provide such outputs. However, it should be trivial to adjust the flake as needed.
