This pull request adds to the software developer docs two articles on

Kernel module exposure
Autocompletions

as well as a developer guide which explains how to create

Hybrid C++/Python modules in tudatpy

These pieces of documentation complement pull requests

https://github.com/tudat-team/tudatpy/pull/128, which implemented the definitive version of kernel module exposure and autocompletion in tudatpy
and https://github.com/tudat-team/tudat-bundle/pull/10, which adds scripts to tudat-bundle to automate building and exposing+adding autocompletions for tudatpy kernel modules
