This commit consists predominantly of small typo corrections and formatting mistakes that could not be processed by sphinx. OLD_examples/ is removed, as well as 4 other ghost files.
I commented out the 'sphinx.ext.autosectionlabel' extension from conf.py. This extension allows you to refer to a section with its title, rather than using the .. _sectionlabel: syntax. 162 warnings are created by the jupyter lab notebooks that have duplicate section titles, which confuses sphinx into thinking there are endless duplicates.
With this commit, I think all references are still working with 0 warning remaining.
