The page (see here) has already some information on how to pull and reproduce the documentation locally.
What is missing is how a user can contribute. Another possibility is to move it to tudat-developer, but I think contributing to tudat-space is something relatively easy and can (and should) stay on tudat-space. It can be as easy as opening an issue on Github, but also a pull request.
