Updated 'About Tudat' part of docs #72

This pull request modifies the 'About Tudat' part of the documentation. In particular, it adds a list of contributors, a history section, and completes (?) the list of papers. Input is welcome!

@geoffreygarrett, I've listed you as reviewer, as I know you may have ideas about this part :) And, yes, I know the history part is a bit long. But I had so much fun writing it! Plus, anyone who reads it will just do so for fun, anyway

I've pushed some small updates, including a list of contributors from past Tudat enthusiasts who have worked on the project. I've contacted each of them before putting them on the list, some replies are still pending. So far, the replies have been very enthusiastic, and it was really cool to talk to them again!

I've just now sent an individual message to the most important past Tudateers, I'd like to add a 'Hall of Fame' for past contributors or something like that, where we can add them if they agree. When I get a reply from them, I'll update the page, and merge this pull request.
