Optical estimation #217

The specular and diffuse reflectivity estimation works for simple cases. Note: the setParameterValues set the maximum value to 1. The absorbtivity is not updated, such that the analytical/numerical partials work (unitTestAccelerationPartials)

Hi, this pull request is not yet finished right (?) From what I remember, there was an additional term missing in the partials when normalizing the sum of the coefficients to 1
