- Added pole tide model for Earth deformation, according to IERS 2010 conventions
- Added ocean tide model for Earth deformation (leading 11 terms only) according to IERS 2010 conventions
- Added GCRS -> BCRS conversion for computing ground station state in barycentric frame (special and general relativistic up to first order, according to IAU 2000 resolutions)
- Modified light-time calculator to only work with ephemeris object (not state function only)
- Added preliminary functionality on splitting observation collection; compressing data
- Corrected time bias; radiation pressure partials
