Added cmake file for OSX compilation #5

Compilation of OpenCV now autoselects either the parrot-toolchain on linux (assumed to be installed in /opt/arm2012.03/bin/) or the carlson-minot toolchain on OSX (assumed to be located in /usr/local/carlson-minot/crosscompilers/bin/)

Now the OS is detected automatically. It still assumes you have either the parrot-tools or carlson-minot toolchain in their default locations. @openuas can this be honoured?
