extruding height from footprints attribute instead of using a pointcloud ? #154

Is there a parameter somewhere that enables the generation of LoD 1 buildings using a height attribute from the footprint without having to estimate the height from the pointcloud (let's say we don't even have a pointcloud) ?

no this feature does not exist.
