add build for branches and tags

This should enable TRAVIS to automatically build images and deploy them on docker hub if it is:

• master branch => named image tag latest
• development branch => named image tag dev
• tag => named image by github tag-name eg v1.1.0
• every other branch which will be pushed with branch name as docker image tag
