Thanks for reporting! Yes I noticed this as well, once the process finished... It will be fixed in the next update (in a few days).
The latest update fixed the issue and it is ready to download .
Is it correct that the city centers are still missing? Noticed Amsterdam and Utrecht having large areas missing ...
Yes, correct. If everything goes as planned, the February update will be complete already.

Both the downloads and the WMS are missing areas with a high number of BAG buildings (e.g. city centers). We checked the CSV, the GeoPackage and the WMS. It seems that entire AHN-tiles are not calculated since the missing building-areas neatly overlap the AHN2 tilegrid.
