add accel publisher #12

Goal

pretty self-explanatory

Unfortunately, I have not yet found a way to retrieve the accelerations from the acados sim solver (not access to xdot) and I prefer not to explicitely write the car's equations in the sim_node.cpp. We should investigate it and maybe ask on the Discourse forum. Postponed for a later release
