Muli regular (ttf) displaying as italic

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Download the zip file on the Muli font page
2.Open the zip and find out that the regular style is in fact the italic version

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Muli regular should be... regular, and not display as italic

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
zip file downloaded on the Muli page - Firefox 35.0 - Windows Vista

Please provide any additional information below.

Well in fact this is weirder than that. When I download the zip file from the 
Google directory, the regular weight displays just fine, but as soon as I 
install it on my system (in the Windows font folder, not using a font manager), 
it displays as italic (see capture provided).
And the font menu in Photoshop doesn't even display it.
When I uninstall the font, the regular weight displays fine again...
