clean up launch structure

Currently we are still launching many toyota things we don't use. We also launch way to many things from way to many services.

• [ ] remove unused arguments in hero_bringup.py
• [ ] check which toyota software is not needed
• [ ] group battery management nodes in one launch file (battery_manager.launch)
  • [ ] filter hsrb_monitor.launch for what we use/dont use and where it should be launched
  • [ ] launch hero2-upower from battery_manager on hero1
• [x] only launch the roscore in hero1-roscore.service
• [ ] create one hero-start which launches everything, leaving only the challenge to be launched separately
  • [x] launch different localisation/navigation if we are using an 'empty' world
  • [ ] what to do with:
    • [ ] action server
    • [ ] conversation engine
    • [ ] telegram interface
• [ ] group (if possible) the speech recognition services (remove them if we get rid of the virtualbox!)
• [ ] move openpose to hero_bringup
