Merge together with https://github.com/tue-robotics/hero_bridge/pull/16

Ready for review, does require the latest toyota software from may 2020. check by apt-cache policy ros-$ROS_DISTRO-tmc-desktop-full

This PR is now also working on the robot. There is not really much that can be tested.
