Having the scene editor is also useful in free mode. Therefore I want to add this functionality to the default worldmodel.

That might be good for a future project but that is not the focus of this PR

Then at least rename the model file to include impuls.

The file is called testlabs to indicate the environment

Computers can't resolve testlab to impuls or the other way around. So to prepare for a more dynamic setup. It is best to include the entire ROBOT_ENV in the filename.
