I want to bump this issue, since it's still relevant after 4 years.
As decribed in https://github.com/tuespetre/TuesPechkin/pull/38#issuecomment-332629481, https://github.com/gmanny/Pechkin/issues/53#issuecomment-68030756 and https://github.com/tuespetre/TuesPechkin/issues/85 the toc is basically unusable right now.
Do we have any way to fix this?
