Issue thread for checking webserial connection with different devices

Windows 10 Home 10.0.18363 (Surface Pro):

Google Chrome (need #experimental-web-platform-features and #new-usb-backend enabled)

Mac OS Catalina (Macbook Air 2015):

Google Chrome (need #experimental-web-platform-features)

Update: When connecting to SPIKE Prime the first time via web serial, Windows may have issues finding serial ports. -Enabling #new-usb-backend allows the discovery of USB device -Pairing with SPIKE Prime Bluetooth beforehand and enabling #new-usb-backend seem to allow discovery of Bluetooth device

WIndows 10 Home (LG gram 14Z950 ultrabook): Google Chrome - Webserial unable to find SPIKE Prime via USB even after enabling both flags. Can't pair with SPIKE Prime via Bluetooth

Windows 10 Pro: Google Chrome - Able to connect fine with web platform flag and new usb backend flag, besides SPIKE Prime being shown in Bluetooth as "Unknown Device".
