Request for feature: Change default update time for all feeds vs. individual, or no auto update for all #26

awesome app. Replacing 2 others I use.

It would be nice to change the default update inteval for feeds for all of them instead of manually having to change each individually. Also, to have no update until app is opened.

There is the "Default (...)" option which can be changed in the "Update settings".
