Option to show notifications for entries only if they aren't starred, tagged, or pinned.
Problem Repeatedly recieving notifications for unread articles that have already been pinned or tagged to be read later.
Proposed solution A settings option that will exclude entries from notifications if they have been reacted to in some way.
